Uso labanos sa Tagaytay
HALLO ANON :D When was this?? Toy Con? Or was it a Sunday? I can’t remember which pair I wore. I wanted to directly answer your question, but that would be boring. I made a post instead~ :>
I have 24 pairs.
It’s not like I’m addicted or anything. I have a lot of stockings because I’m not exactly a regular person. Aside from the scars, I can’t really expose my skin because I get allergies easily. It’s pretty difficult because the Philippines is such a warm country and I always have to take into consideration which tights would match my outfit. Can’t wear shorts or minis without them. It gets pretty mind-boggling sometimes to think of an outfit HAHAHA
The arrow patterned pair was given to me by Dani M. I have an overused black diamond patterned pair also from her, but I can’t find it at the moment hihihihi
Thank you for the question!!! I enjoyed rummaging through my closet to count them. BTWBTW I like Burlington for my plain tights because they don’t run easily. I also like City Lady recently because they collaborate with amazing designers! Then I like Divisoria for unique patterns/colors because they’re pretty pricey in the malls. Forever 21 has the most adorable knit legwear too! This isn’t sponsored ok HAHAHA
As for posting my outfits…. no promises. I keep forgetting to document my outfits + I’m not exactly gifted in the modeling/posing department. :)) Thank youuuuu again! Please leave your name next time para cute <3
I haven’t been a photographer for shoots in a while.. so when Iris asked to collab, as a make-up artist and photographer, I felt jitters. I wasn’t sure I could do it - the photographer part.
I felt rusty. Real rusty.
I know I’ve done runway, but this is different. Conceptual shoots need more direction, more creativity, need a theme or a story so that everything composing the shots can speak for themselves. I haven’t appreciated conceptual shoots for what they truly are until recently. Now I don’t do conceptuals out of fear that I won’t do one a fair amount of justice.
I’ve actually done a shoot with her before, for Yuki. The makeup I did was so bad pa that time. HAHAHA. I remember her so well because she was a long person.
Funny I said long. She seems more of a “long” than a “tall” adjective. Can’t explain why. She also has an unforgettable, infectious, enormous smile that just lets your guard down and a matching non-intimidating aura about her.
What I love though is, despite her gentle charisma, she isn’t a pushover nor is she pushy. She’s so genuine and caring, but also very independent and self-confident. The right kind of self-confident.
Is it just me or does her face remind of you of Candice Swanepoel too? …..Maybe it’s just the lips?
I’ve always been intrigued by faces, facial features, birth marks. They reflect and reveal so much, even for the most stoic people. The perfect subject. The perfect story. Some photographers are just so amazing at capturing that. Without the pretense of fancy outfits or make-up.

These last two photos are more her than any of the photos you’ve seen above. This is Iris.

The pegs had a flighty & mystical yet raw & earthy feel to them. It was really inspiring for me, as a make-up artist, to experiment for this shoot. Add to that the quirky & unconventional creations of the designer, Bev, and the larger-than-life personality & work ethic of photographer, Patrick. Everything about the shoot was thought-provoking & cultivated.
Angelique is such a pretty, young girl. I don’t mean that out of inadequacy of adjectives to describe her. She is exactly that. Her reserved, ladylike character is made even more interesting by her charming, awkward innocence and light, soft features.
There’s just something so entrancing about Mafia (aside from her magnetic performance hihi). Physically, she reminds me of Emmy Rossum. A more offbeat version. She’s nothing short of interesting - from her hair down to her toes. She just naturally radiates eccentricity. She’s the perfect muse for the collection, I must say. :)
Ishii did Hannah's make-up while I did her hair for this outfit. Hannah's a very sweet and energetic soul. Many easily misunderstand and equate her enthusiasm and zest for living as wildness. She just really loves living. They could actually learn a lot from her outlook. The acceptance of the transience of life and absence of self-restraint can be very empowering.
